How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

I aim to respond within 24-48 hours. For urgent matters, call me directly - phone calls usually get returned the same day.

Is the site visit really free?

Yes - site visits and quotes are completely free with no obligation. I need to see your project in person to provide an accurate quote, and I don't charge for that assessment.

What information should I have ready?

If possible, have a rough idea of the area size, what you're looking to achieve, and any finish preferences. Photos of the area are helpful but not essential - I'll see everything during the site visit.

Can you quote from photos alone?

I prefer to visit in person. Photos can give me a general idea, but accurate quoting requires seeing the site, assessing access, checking levels, and understanding the full scope. Remote quotes risk being inaccurate.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's fine - many clients aren't sure when they first get in touch. During the site visit, I can explain options, show you examples, and help you work out what suits your property and budget.
